At La Vita Jewels, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 5-day return and 10-day exchange policy for your convenience.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
1. Damaged or Altered Packages
If your package appears damaged, altered, or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and return it to the delivery person.
Immediately email us at info@lavitajewels.com with your Order ID, and we will arrange a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.
2. Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, submit a return request through your La Vita Jewels account.
Log in to your existing account or create a new one using the same email address used for the purchase.
Once your return request is approved, follow the provided instructions for returning the product.
3. Conditions for Return & Exchange
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates (if applicable).
Custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns will be processed only if the request is made within 5 days of delivery.
Exchanges can be requested within 10 days of delivery.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.
